We tune the wattage to the job, so you’re getting just the right amount of energy where you need it. But with that kind of power comes a responsibility. You need to make sure your electrical setup is up to the task—proper wiring, proper protection, all of it. The unit itself is surprisingly compact for the output it delivers, but the heat it puts out is intense. So you’ll want to plan for keeping the surrounding area and equipment safe.
The Inside Story: Quartz, Halogen, and a Solid Connection
Inside, the heating element sits in a quartz tube. We chose quartz because it can handle extreme heat and it lets the infrared waves pass right through. Inside the tube, a halogen gas helps keep the filament stable, which means it won’t burn out on you. This design lets the element run at high temperatures for a long, long time. For the electrical connection, we use R7s connectors. They handle the high current without getting hot themselves, and they make installation easy—no tools required. Plus, the tube’s coating is designed to bounce the heat forward, making sure all that energy goes where you want it.

In a factory or workshop, this setup is perfect for heating a specific workstation, drying something quickly, or keeping a process at the right temperature.
